About Commissioner Ebony Payne

Thank you for visiting! As a third generation Washingtonian, I am proud to have called Kingman Park home for over 20 years. I was elected ANC Commissioner in 2022 and am proud to be endorsed by Greater Greater Washington for a second term. I have a passion for people and public service.

I have always believed that meaningful change must start locally. As your commissioner, my focus is on our neighborhood safety, improving our transportation and infrastructure needs for pedestrians, bikers, and drivers; advocating for our green spaces and making our voices heard as we enter a new era for RFK stadium. I look forward to working with you to make our neighborhood the best it can be.​
